My yoga practice happens on a Natural Fitness 100% natural rubber mat.

I make expensive urine from Greens+ and a few other daily supplements.

I use Col. Conk shaving soap and brushes.

I've been using Pzizz since 2006. Napping has changed my life.

I know it's marketed to ladies but Real Simple magazine is my guilty pleasure.
